We have helped over 100 couples celebrate their wedding and the one thing we take away from every wedding is that your day is a memory. We will do everything we can to protect that memory so in 50 years you can honestly say that day was one of the best days of your life.
Why should I choose KATYDYD EVENTS?
We offer four different collections: Full Service for those couple who are newly engaged and looking for assistance finding a venue, vendors, creating design and event management. Partial Service for the couples who have found their venue and need help with the rest from vendors to design. Design and Event Management who have found their venue and vendor team & want help designing their wedding. Event management needs help with the logistics and day of management.
What ways can we work together?
This can seem like a large number but hiring a wedding planner is an investment; it truly is more than just an exchange of money! Any client who hires me is making an investment in me just like my team and I are making an investment in you. We suggest a wedding planner accounts for 10-12% of your budget (event management 6% of your budget) Head over to our services page to see where our pricing begins for each collection here.
WhAT is THE INVESTMENT?
Hiring a wedding planner is one of the best decisions you can make for yourself, in my opinion (I know we are biased). It removes all of the stress, time, energy and effort of doing everything by yourself. You have invested in protecting your memory so you can enjoy and cherish each moment of your wedding.
Why should I HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER?
Katie O'Neil Smith, is the owner and lead planner for Katydyd Events. If you have selected to work with her over a team member package, you work with her from the first consultation to your wedding day. If you have selected the team member package, you are working with KDE's team lead, Christine Ivey.
WHO DO WE WORK WITH THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS?
Katie O'Neil Smith has been in industry for over ten years. She attended University of Massachusetts Amherst and graduated with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism. She worked with a small wedding planning firm throughout college and worked in multiple Boston hotels as well. She has been featured in over 10 wedding publications and honored as Best of the Knot three years in a row!
