I believe weddings are more than a party, they are a memory. I understand how much trust you place in my hands to plan your day and I do not take that for granted.

The Mansion at Turner Hill is one of the most beautiful venues on the North Shore. The ceremony site is honestly something out of a fairytale.  It famously decorated with crawling vines up the large stone column forming a distinctive and romantic copy. The estate's original Elizabethan Mansion and surrounding gardens are gorgeous!! You will feel like you are on the set of the Great Gatsby. 

You will not be blown away by Aldworth Manor and shocked to see it nestled in a small town in New Hampshire. From this second you see this sprawling property, you are swept away to Tuscany. From the Italian gardens to this manor to the terrace, every aspect of this property is perfect if you want to have a European inspired wedding in New England. The manor has multiple home rentals as well. A majority of your guests can stay on site at Aldworth Manor which is the best if you are planning to host a welcome reception and after party!

This property will always hold a soft spot in my heart. When I began my career, all I ever wanted was to plan a wedding here and now 8 years later, I have at least one couple celebrate their marriage on this sprawling property. The Great House sits atop The Grand Allée where it offers breathtaking views of the rolling hills and Crane Beach. You either have your ceremony on the the Grand Allée or Italian Gardens. Following your ceremony, guests enjoy lite bites and drinks on the terrace, the Grand Allée and first floor of the mansion. Guests then proceed to a beautiful high-peaked sail cloth tent positioned just off the side of the Great House at the Crane Estate where guests can enjoy formalities and an amazing dinner! It has the most beautiful location for photographs among the property at the Crane Estate.

I am an absolute sucker for historic wedding venues in New England. I got married at the Providence Public Library so I am a bit biased BUT I am not wrong. We are beyond blessed to have numerous beautiful manors and estates from Maine to Massachusetts to New Hampshire for couples to celebrate their weddings.

 It takes so little to make your day special in these spaces; all you have to do is highlight the venue and let the beauty of the architecture and landscape do the rest. Here are my absolute favorite historic wedding venues! 
 




















 

UGH! Aldrich Mansion is one of my favorites. This beautiful property is set on the water in Warwick, RI and it has the most stunning view of the harbor. The church is inspired by European churches so you will feel like Princess Kate as you walk down the aisle. As you make your way over to the reception, you will be astounded by the design and decor of the mansion. The photograph options are endless for classic, timeless images. 

Glen Magna is a secret gem in Massachusetts. It is a beautiful property that looks like an English garden was transported to New England. The ceremony location to the cocktail hour gardens to the sailcloth tent, every piece of the property is gorgeous. The best part is guests can explore the estate during cocktail hour to see and read about all the history!! 

These are in no particular order for which property I love more but each one has a special hold on my heart!!! Good luck planning!!
